Jill Hughes

Jill has over 30 years experience in leadership development, organisation consulting and change management gained in global organizations. She is an experienced facilitator, executive coach and designer of innovative leadership events. She applies leading edge thinking to her work underpinned by common sense and practicality. Her broad base of experience provides a strong business and results orientation to her work.

Previously she was Director Organisation Effectiveness for Motorola - Europe, Middle East and Africa. Jill has BA (Hons) degree in English and Psychology, an MSc in Organisation Consulting and is in the final year of a PhD researching trust within consultant/client relationships. She is a member of CIPD and a qualified user of Myers Briggs, Hay Emotional Intelligence and TMSDI team profile instruments.

She has published articles on the role of dialogue in performance management, HR transformation and best practice in virtual teams with over 30 Pan European companies. She is on the faculty at Henley School of Management (Reading University) in the UK, Rotterdam School of Management ING’s Business School in the Netherlands. Jill originally comes from Edinburgh in Scotland and now lives outside London (UK).
